Full-Service Ceremony Officiant

This package is for a full wedding day ceremony and a 1 hour ceremony rehearsal.

Upon booking, I will send you a questionnaire to gather details about your relationship, your love story, and what you are most looking forward to in your marriage. Using this information, I will create a preliminary ceremony draft for your review. We will then schedule time to walk through the ceremony together and make any revisions needed to ensure it feels authentic and true to you.

Prior to your wedding day, I will lead your ceremony rehearsal, guiding you and your wedding party through the flow so everyone feels prepared and comfortable.

On your wedding day, I will officiate your ceremony and ensure your marriage license is properly completed.

I will then submit your signed license to the appropriate Virginia court within five business days, as required by law, and confirm once it has been mailed.

Rehearsal + Wedding Day Officiant in Richmond, VA is $900

Travel is available. Additional fees may apply based on location.

Ceremony-Only Experience

This option includes full officiating services for your wedding ceremony without rehearsal coordination.

This is a great fit for couples planning smaller celebrations, micro weddings, or ceremonies that do not require rehearsal support.

You will still receive a personalized questionnaire, custom ceremony draft, and time to review and revise your ceremony prior to your wedding day. I will officiate your ceremony and submit your signed marriage license to the appropriate Virginia court within five business days.

Wedding Day Officiant in Richmond, VA is $700

Ceremony Writing & Consulting

This service is for couples who have chosen a friend or family member to officiate their wedding but would like a professionally written ceremony that feels personal, intentional, and true to their relationship.

Upon booking, I will send you a questionnaire to gather details about your relationship, your love story, and what you envision for your ceremony. Using this information, I will write a fully customized ceremony script tailored specifically to you.

Your ceremony script may include a personalized welcome, your love story, declaration of intent, vow transition, ring exchange, pronouncement, and any meaningful or cultural elements you would like to incorporate.

We will then schedule time to review the ceremony together and make any revisions needed to ensure it feels authentic and aligned with your vision.

Once finalized, I will provide the completed ceremony script along with guidance notes so your chosen officiant feels prepared and confident in delivering it on your wedding day.

I will then submit your signed license to the appropriate Virginia court within five business days, as required by law, and confirm once it has been mailed.

Marriage License Signing

Have a close friend or family member performing your ceremony but need a licensed officiant to make it official? I will meet you to witness your marriage and sign your license in accordance with Virginia law.
